No win no fee PPI compensation claims

No win no fee means that there is no charge applicable to the consumer in the event of an unsuccessful claim. This is a particularly attractive way of claiming compensation given that there is no risk involved as there would be if an upfront fee were to be paid for this service. It also gives a strong incentive to the PPI claims management company to pursue the case successfully on behalf of its client.
We charge a flat fee of 25% of the total compensation amount awarded. This only applies once the claim has been settled and the consumer has received the compensation award. Consumers should be wary about dealing with any claims company that charges upfront fees and in particular any claims company that is not regulated by the Ministry of Justice. Claims companies should clearly state their authorisation number on their website which can then be checked on the register of the Ministry of Justice website.
