Time Limits for PPI Claims
by Simplicity Claims on November 15, 2010
A common question we are asked is how far back can we reclaim payment protection insurance? There is no straightforward answer to this as there are a number of factors which determine whether you still have time to make a valid claim.
Some may think that they are only able to claim back PPI which was sold within the last six years. However, this is not always true. The best thing to do is contact is through or online PPI claim form or contact us on 0845 475 0505 and we will advise you on whether we can handle the claim on your behalf.
There is no specific time limit which can be applied to all cases, but if you have taken out payment protection insurance and feel that it was mis sold to you, then the sooner you put your claim in, the sooner you can expect a resolution to your case.
