Warning: Cold calling and PPI claims

We just wanted to give you a heads up regarding claims companies which use cold calling tactics to pressurise you into making a ppi claim.

You may be wondering, “how did they get my number?” If you have applied for insurance recently or perhaps even a loan, your details may have been passed on to a third party who would then instruct one of their call centre agents to give you a call. Always check the privacy policy of a site when you submit your details so you can be certain that your personal information won’t be sold on.

Be careful about giving a company any upfront fees without first checking to see whether they are regulated by the Ministry of Justice. Here at Simplicity Claims, we work on a no win no fee basis so there are no upfront fees to pay for PPI claims.

We never charge any upfront fees and your personal details are very valuable to us, which is why we would never pass them on without your consent. Always check that the claims company you deal with is regulated by the Ministry of Justice and resist any pressure tactics to enter into any agreement which you are unsure about.
