If you have taken out a loan and payment protection insurance with Nemo Personal Finance on or after 14 January 2005, we can make representations on your behalf with a view to reclaiming any insurance premiums you have paid in to date, plus interest.
Nemo was declared in default on 11th October 2004. What this means is that we would not pursue this claim through the usual process as the company would be unable to meet any claims against it. However, we are able to pursue claims against Nemo by submitting the claim through the FSCS.
