If you have taken out a loan and payment protection insurance with Picture Finance on or after 14 January 2005, we can assist you with making a claim for compensation if you feel that the payment protection policy was mis sold to you.
Picture Financial Services plc was declared in default on 8th July 2009. What this means is that we would not pursue this claim through the usual process as the company would be unable to meet any claims against it. However, we are able to pursue claims against Picture Finance by submitting the claim through the FSCS.
